STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipping orders is now available within peninsular Malaysia only. Our operation hours are from Monday to Friday.
Our order cut off time is 3pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Any order made after 3pm will be considered next day order.
Our delivery time is 3 to 5 working days excluding Public Holidays.
We know you are excited to receive your goods but as much as we hope the parcels to arrive on time, parcels can sometimes suffer delays beyond our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on the total weight.
MCO NOTICE
In view of the Movement Control (MCO), you may experience a delay in your delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order during MCO (Movement Control Order).
Parcel delivery time will take 2-4 working days from the postage day. In view of the MCO, the parcel delivery time may differ depending on your area's courier branch working speed and response. Your understanding is highly appreciated during this time.
