Pickup Policy
1. Order Confirmation
All pickup orders must be fully paid prior to arrangement.
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. Customers are required to provide a valid email address during checkout to receive the confirmation details.
2. Pickup Arrangement
Pickup will be arranged within 3β5 working days, subject to stock availability and confirmation.
If the order is ready earlier than the estimated timeframe, we will notify the customer via email or phone call.
3. Pickup Timeframe
Orders must be collected within two (2) weeks from the confirmed pickup date.
If additional time is required, customers must inform us in advance for approval. Extension requests are subject to management discretion.
4. Self-Collection
Customers are required to:
- Collect their order within the confirmed time slot.
- Provide the order number and registered name upon arrival for verification purposes.
5. Grab / Lalamove / Third-Party Rider
- Customers are fully responsible for arranging their own third-party delivery service (e.g., Grab, Lalamove, etc.).
- Customers must ensure accurate pickup details are shared with the appointed rider.
- We shall not be held liable for any damage, delay, incorrect handling, or loss once the order has been handed over to the rider.
6. Stock Availability
All pickup orders are subject to outlet stock availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any order in the event of unforeseen stock issues. Customers will be informed accordingly.
7. Uncollected Orders
If an order is not collected within two (2) weeks from the confirmed pickup date and no prior notice is provided, the order will be deemed abandoned.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer before proceeding with cancellation.
8. Refund for Uncollected Orders
For orders cancelled due to non-collection without prior notice, refunds (if applicable) will not be provided in full and shall be subject to managementβs discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 working days.
9. Changes & Cancellation
Any request for changes or cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late requests may not be accommodated.
