Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
For Public Holiday, please expect extended processing and delivery times:
- Processing: 3–5 working days
- Delivery: 2–4 working days (may vary depending on your area's courier branch)

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check your parcel status with the courier. Please make sure to fill in the email at the checkout page to received the tracking number.
